Accessibility at Slero
We want Slero Tech Support to be useful to people with disabilities and to everyone who needs patient, readable technology help.
Our accessibility target
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Our program includes source-code improvements, automated tests, keyboard checks and a schedule for manual assistive-technology testing. We do not claim that a toolbar, automated scan or this statement establishes full WCAG conformance or ADA compliance.
Using this website
- Use the Tab key to move through links and controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and Escape to close open menus and reading options.
- Use the “Skip to content” link to go directly to the main page.
- Use your browser’s zoom to enlarge the page. Optional reading and accessibility settings are available from the always-visible accessibility icon at the bottom right.
- Reading settings stay in your browser and do not send your preferences to another service.
- Passwords may be pasted or filled by a password manager. You can show or hide a password while entering it.
Areas still under review
Complete purchase and account-management journeys, screen-reader behavior on real devices, Google’s security challenges and payment-provider screens need ongoing manual testing. Automated results cover only the tested pages and states, not every possible transaction, error or device.
Tell us about a barrier
Call (855) 633-6335 or email info@madefortech.com. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered and any browser or assistive technology you want to share. Do not send passwords, card details or medical information.
We can help you request service by phone if a website feature is difficult to use.
